Establishment of panels for helping the tribunal
607 Establishment of panels for helping the tribunal
(1) The following panels established under the Legal Profession Act 2004 ,
section 437 , are continued in existence under this Act— (a) the lay panel;
(b) the practitioner panel.
(2) The practitioner panel is to consist of both
barristers and solicitors.
