(b) the executor (original or by
representation) or administrator for the time being of a deceased Australian
legal practitioner or of his or her estate;
(c) the administrator or
receiver, or receiver and manager, of the property of an incorporated legal
practice;
(d) the liquidator of an incorporated legal practice that is being
or has been wound up.
(2) In this section—
"former Australian legal practitioner" includes a person who was a solicitor
or barrister in this jurisdiction before 1 July 2004.
