372 Defaults to which this part applies
(1) This part applies to a default of a law practice arising from or
constituted by an act or omission of 1 or more associates of the practice, if
this jurisdiction is the relevant jurisdiction for the only associate or 1 or
more of the associates involved.
(2) Each of the following is immaterial—
(a) the jurisdiction where the default happened;
(b) that the act or omission
giving rise to or constituting a default does not constitute a crime or other
offence under the law of this jurisdiction, the Commonwealth or another
jurisdiction;
(c) that a proceeding has not been started, or if started has
not ended, in relation to a crime or other offence of that kind.
