Minister to give notice of solicitors and barristers rules
225 Minister to give notice of solicitors and barristers rules
(1) The following have no effect unless the Minister notifies the making of
them— (a) solicitors rules;
(b) barristers rules.
(2) A notice under
subsection (1) is subordinate legislation.
