Refund of fees
215 Refund of fees
(1) A regulation may provide for the refund of a portion of a fee paid in
relation to registration as a foreign lawyer if the registration is suspended
or cancelled during its currency.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a
regulation may state—
(a) the circumstances in which a refund is to be made;
and
(b) the amount of the refund or the way in which the amount of the refund
is to be decided.
