LIENS ON CROPS OF SUGAR CANE ACT 1931 - SECT 7K

7K Registration of discharge of registered lien

If the chief executive is satisfied that an application for a full or partial discharge of a registered lien is properly made, the chief executive must register the discharge by--

(a) including in the register the particulars that may be prescribed under a regulation; and
(b) doing anything else that may be prescribed under a regulation.
