Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive is satisfied that an application for registration of the assignment of a registered lien is properly made, the chief executive must register the assignment by including in the register particulars of the assignment.
(2) Applications for registration of assignments of registered liens must be registered in the order of time of lodgment with the chief executive.
