Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive is satisfied that an application for the registration, or renewal of the registration, of a lien is properly made, the chief executive must register, or renew the registration of, the lien by including in the register the relevant particulars mentioned in section 5(2).
(2) Applications for registration, or renewal of registration, of liens must be registered in the order of time of lodgment with the chief executive.
