Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsNo lien given in good faith and for valuable consideration and duly registered shall be extinguished or otherwise prejudicially affected by any sale, assignment, partition, lease, agreement for a lease, mortgage, or encumbrance of or other dealing with the land on which any such crop may be growing or shall be grown, or by the surrender of any lease, or by the death of the lienor, or by any re-entry or foreclosure by any vendor, lessor, mortgagee, or encumbrancee or other person than a lienee entitled thereto under this Act.
