LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ABORIGINAL LANDS) ACT 1978 - SECT 16
16 Approval of nominees
A person shall not be appointed as a member of a coordinating and advisory
committee unless the person is acceptable as such to all Ministers who are
entitled to nominate a proposed member.
