LOCAL GOVERNMENT (COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT AREAS) ACT 2004 - SECT 64
64 Having corporate structure
Despite the Local Government Act 1993, section 1127(1), a community government
is not required to have a corporate structure appropriate for the conduct of
its affairs until 1 July 2005.
