LOCAL GOVERNMENT (COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT AREAS) ACT 2004 - SECT 60
60 Adoption of revenue statement
Despite the Local Government Act 1993, section 518, a community government is
not required to adopt a revenue statement for a financial year ending before 1
July 2006.
