LOCAL GOVERNMENT (COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT AREAS) ACT 2004 - SECT 57
57 Preparation and adoption of corporate plan
Despite the Local Government Act 1993, section 504, a community government is
not required to prepare and adopt a corporate plan for a period that includes
a period before 1 July 2007.
