Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised person may, in relation to the relevant community government, exercise the authorised powers only if the authorised person first produces to the community government's chief executive officer a copy of the written authority for the exercise of the powers.
(2) However, an authorised person need not comply with subsection (1) if the authorised person believes on reasonable grounds that complying with subsection (1) could frustrate the authorised person's effective exercise of the authorised powers.
