LOCAL GOVERNMENT (COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT AREAS) ACT 2004 - SECT 27
27 Community government to cooperate with financial controller
If a financial controller is appointed for a community government, the
community government must cooperate with the financial controller in relation
to the performance of the financial controller's functions under section 23.
