LOCAL GOVERNMENT (CHINATOWN AND THE VALLEY MALLS) ACT 1984 - SECT 37
37 Non-application of Land Act, ch 4, pt 4
On and after the appointed day the provisions of the Land Act 1994, chapter 4,
part 4 shall not apply with respect to the mall.
