80 Interference with path of stormwater
(1) A person must not restrict or redirect the flow of stormwater over land in
a way that may cause the water to collect and become stagnant. Penalty—
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
(2) However, this section does not
apply to water collected in a dam, wetland, tank or pond, if no offensive
material is allowed to accumulate.
