76 What this division is about
(1) This division is about stormwater drains and stormwater installations.
(2) A
"stormwater drain" is a drain, channel, pipe, chamber, structure, outfall or
other works used to receive, store, transport or treat stormwater.
(3) A
"stormwater installation" for a property— (a) is any roof gutters,
downpipes, subsoil drains or stormwater drain for the property; but
(b) does
not include any part of a local government’s stormwater drain.
