(i) inspected and purchased at the
local government’s public office; and
(ii) viewed by the public on the
department’s website.
(5) As soon as practicable after the notice is
published in the gazette, the local government must ensure a copy of the
local law may be inspected and purchased by the public at the
local government’s public office.
(6) A copy of a local law must cost no
more than the cost to the local government of making the copy available for
purchase.
(7) Within 14 days after the notice is published in the gazette,
the local government must give the Minister—
