Limitation of time in absence of notice of work done
148 Limitation of time in absence of notice of work done
(1) This section applies if work is done on a property without an approval
that is required under a Local Government Act.
(2) For the purposes of any
limitation of time for taking any proceedings or doing anything else about the
work, the work is taken to have been done when a local government worker first
finds out about the work.
