Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A review commissioner who partly constitutes a commission may resign from the commission by giving a signed notice of resignation to the commissioner.
(2) The Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 25(1)(b) (other than subparagraph (iv)) and (2) to (4) does not apply to the appointment of a review commissioner to partly constitute a commission.
