Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Changing the external boundaries of a local government area by excluding part of the local government area and including the part in another local government area is a limited reviewable local government matter if the local governments for the areas and all owners of land in the part have agreed to the change.
(2) Also, including in a local government area a part of the State that is not part of a local government area is a limited reviewable local government matter if the local government for the area and all owners of land in the part have agreed to the inclusion.
