Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A regulation may specify the number of representatives to which each component local government is entitled, either in its own right or as a member of a group of local governments, on its joint local government.
(2) A regulation also may specify that a particular councillor of a component local government must be a member of the joint local government.
