LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 28
28 Limitation on exercise of jurisdiction for additional territorial units
A local government may exercise the jurisdiction of local government for an
additional territorial unit only for the purpose for which the place was put
under its control or acquired by it.
