Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A local government is not liable to pay a State tax in relation to a transfer or other arrangement made to implement a reviewable local government matter under this division.
(2) In this section--
State tax means a tax, other than duty under the Duties Act 2001, fee, levy or charge imposed under an Act.
