Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsExcept where this Act expressly provides for appeals against a decision of the Minister no action shall lie to compel the Minister or the Minister's delegate to take or to restrain the Minister from taking any action under or for the purposes of this Act.
