Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A right of action shall not lie against a relevant person in respect of a breach of contract made by that person where the act or omission constituting the breach has occurred by reason only of that person complying with the provisions of this Act or with any direction, prohibition or requisition given under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not prejudice the entitlement to compensation prescribed by section 49.
