Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, at any time by instrument in writing served on the person to whom a permit is issued, cancel the permit.
(2) Upon cancellation of a permit, the person to whom it was issued shall deliver it up to the Minister or to a person nominated by the Minister.
