Application of certain provisions of pt 2 to Land Appeal Court
72 Application of certain provisions of pt 2 to Land Appeal Court
(1) Sections 7A to 9 , 12A (5) , 21 and 22 apply, with necessary changes, to
the Land Appeal Court.
(2) For subsection (1) , a reference in the applied
sections to the Land Court is taken to be a reference to the Land Appeal
Court.
