Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) To calculate a member's length of service for sections 39 and 40, every period the member has served as a member is to be counted.
(2) If a person who was an acting member later becomes a member, the person's period of service as an acting member is counted to calculate the person's length of service as a member.
