Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) To the extent a matter about Land Court procedure is not provided for by the rules, the matter may be dealt with by a direction under subsection (2) or (3).
(2) The president may issue directions of general application about the procedure of the court.
(3) A member may issue directions about a particular case before the court when constituted by the member.
