Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Evidence of anything done or said, or an admission made, at a mediation about the matter is admissible in a proceeding before the tribunal or elsewhere only if all mediation participants agree.
(2) In subsection (1)--
proceeding does not include a civil proceeding founded on fraud alleged to be connected with, or to have happened during, the mediation.
