Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If, at the mediation, the mediation participants negotiate an agreement about the matter or part of the matter, the agreement must be written down and signed by or for each mediation participant and by the mediator.
(2) The agreement has the same effect as any other compromise.
