LAND AND RESOURCES TRIBUNAL ACT 1999 - SECT 54
54 Tribunal a court of record
(1) The tribunal is a court of record.
(2) The tribunal must have a seal.
(3) The seal must be kept under the direction of the registrar.
(4) The seal
must be judicially noticed.
