Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar may delegate the registrar's powers under this Act or another Act to an appropriately qualified member of the staff of the tribunal.
(2) In this section--
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
Example of standing--
a person's seniority level within the staff of the tribunal
