LEGAL AID QUEENSLAND ACT 1997 - SECT 80

80 Protection from liability

(1) A Legal Aid employee or a member of the board does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.

(2) If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to an employee or a member of the board, the liability attaches instead to Legal Aid.
