Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a person who is receiving legal assistance from a Legal Aid lawyer is a party to a court proceeding for which a document is required or allowed to be signed by the party's solicitor.
(2) The signature of a Legal Aid lawyer authorised by the board to sign documents for Legal Aid for this section, is taken to be the signature of the party's solicitor.
