Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2007 2004 regulating the way in which complaints against Australian legal practitioners for unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct may be investigated and dealt with, apply to a Legal Aid lawyer in the same way as that Act applies to Australian legal practitioners within the meaning of the Act.
