LEGAL AID QUEENSLAND ACT 1997 - SECT 73

73 Legal Aid taken to be law firm etc.

In providing legal services--

(a) Legal Aid is taken to be a law firm practising lawfully in the State and retained by a legally assisted person to act for the person; and
(b) a Legal Aid lawyer is taken to be employed by the firm.
