LEGAL AID QUEENSLAND ACT 1997 - SECT 72
72 Particular provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2007 do not apply to Legal Aid lawyers
The Legal Profession Act 2007, part 3.6 and chapter 5 do not apply to a Legal
Aid lawyer performing the lawyer's duties under this Act.
