LEGAL AID QUEENSLAND ACT 1997 - SECT 64

64 Chief executive officer of Legal Aid

(1) Legal Aid is to have a chief executive officer.

(2) The chief executive officer is to be appointed by the Governor in Council, by gazette notice, on the board's recommendation.

(3) The chief executive officer is to be appointed under this Act and not under the Public Service Act 1996.
