LEGAL AID QUEENSLAND ACT 1997 - SECT 55

55 Delegation of board's powers

(1) The board may delegate its powers under this Act to the chief executive officer.

(2) A delegation of a power may permit the subdelegation of the power to an appropriately qualified person.
