Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, in a court proceeding, the court makes an order for costs in favour of a legally assisted person.
(2) Legal Aid is subrogated to the rights and remedies the legally assisted person has against the party against whom the costs order was made.
