LOTTERIES ACT 1997 - SECT 42
42 Prohibition of employment of unlicensed persons as key employees
A primary licensee must not employ a person as a key employee, or to carry out
the functions of a key employee, unless the person is a licensed employee.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
