Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive, in making an investigation about a person under section 14 or 36 asks the commissioner of the police service for a written report about the person's criminal history, the commissioner must give the report to the chief executive.
(2) However, the report is required to contain only criminal history in the commissioner's possession or to which the commissioner has access.
