Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A primary licence may be amended to omit a lottery stated in it on the ground that the primary licensee is, and has been for a continuous period of at least 14 days, contravening division 4 in relation to the lottery.
(2) The power to amend a primary licence under this division to omit a lottery, on the ground mentioned in subsection (1), includes the power to amend the licence to omit the only lottery, or all lotteries, stated in the licence on that ground.
