Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister decides to grant an application for a primary licence, the Minister must promptly issue a licence of the relevant type to the applicant.
(2) If the Minister decides to refuse to grant an application for a primary licence, the Minister must promptly give the applicant written notice of the decision.
