Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may, by written notice given to a lottery operator, direct the lottery operator to change the lottery operator's approved control system within the period, and in the way, stated in the notice.
(2) The lottery operator must comply with the direction.
(3) If the lottery operator does not comply with the direction, at the end of the period stated in the notice the lottery operator's approved control system is taken to have been changed in the way stated in the notice.
