Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A regulation may change the location of the boundaries of a deed of grant in trust or a road in or other thing excluded under section 40 from the deed of grant in trust.
(2) The regulation must not decrease the area of land granted in trust.
