Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On the cancellation of a deed of grant in trust, a person occupying the land the subject of the cancellation must immediately vacate the land.
(2) A person who does not give up possession under subsection (1), and is not otherwise entitled to possession, is a person who is unlawfully occupying unallocated State land.
